Newly lost tooth
Joseph had a meeting with the floor the other night. He had a change in the direction he was walking before his feet could catch up and he met the floor quite suddenly. He cut his top lip and banged his tooth. Luckily he didn't lose a tooth. The only residual effect is a nice sized canker but he doesn't seem bothered by it.
Juliette is now 6 months old and has two new teeth of her own. We told Daphne that since she didn't need hers, she could give them to Juliette. She had her 6 month checkup last Wednesday and came home with 2 shots. That's never fun. But she is growing like a weed. She is 16.2 lbs (56%), 26.5 in. (81%) and, like the other two, has a nice sized noggin, 44cm (92%). She has actually been too long for her carrier for about a month now, but I've been waiting for her to sit up better before we move to a bigger seat. Ya know, so I can go shopping without her conking her head on the cart.
We were all sick at various times for the last month. But I think we are officially all better now. Nasty, nasty colds. I have to say, it was nice to have a week where I didn't feel the least bit guilty for not doing a thing. It was kind of fun to just play video games, read books, sleep whenever and wherever and do nothing for a while. Night time wasn't too fun though. No one got much sleep due to the hacking coughs.
Loves,
Beth
